Definitions:

We – Mend a Bath Waikato Limited trading as Mend a Bath Waikato & Bay of Plenty or Showerdome Waikato

You – The customer purchasing the goods or services from Mend a Bath Waikato Limited.

1.      These terms of trade apply to goods and services provided by Mend a Bath Waikato Limited which may trade as Mend a Waikato & Bay of Plenty or Showerdome Waikato.

2.      We reserve the right to provide an update or variation to any quotes or estimates if we identify a change to the scope, nature of, or requirements of the job.

3.      We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage due to changes to scheduled job times.

4.      If you change a scheduled booking for a service within less than 24 hours of the scheduled booking time, we may charge you a cancellation fee of $100.

5.      Payment for all service work must be paid by you by no later than the date on the date of our invoice unless specified otherwise on the invoice. We send our invoice on completion of the service.

6.      We reserve the right to recover payment from you of 2% interest per month for each month that that payment is overdue.

7.      Our services are subject to relevant New Zealand legislation.
